Whipped Tallow

All our tallow is hand-cut and carefully rendered from the kidney fat of the Wagyu cattle we raise and butcher as part of our beef operation, ensuring quality at every step. Each small batch is lovingly whipped to a silky texture with either organic jojoba oil or organic rosehip seed oil and Vitamin E oil, producing a natural, nutrient-rich balm that honors traditional craft and thoughtful sourcing. The result is a pure, versatile tallow, made with meticulous attention to detail.
